The 38th Annual Arts and Crafts Festival will join the popular food festival\, the Taste of the Region.\n\nOver 80 Arts & Crafters will take over the lawn of the Old Lake County Courthouse in downtown Crown Point\, while over 40 restaurants and caterers will serve up their specialties on the surrounding streets.
