Community HealthNet's Breast Cancer Awareness 5K Walk

Community HealthNet Health Centers (CHN) will host its 20th annual Breast Cancer Awareness 5K Walk at Marquette Beach Pavilion on Saturday, September 29th with registration beginning at 9:00am. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards CHN’s Programs and Services that include covering services for uninsured consumers, mammograms, screenings and other services offered by CHN. Entrants can register by picking up forms at one of CHN’s five locations. Also, forms can be downloaded and monetary donations can be made at www.chn-indiana.org/bca5kw. Registration is $20 per person or $150 for a team of ten. The walk begins at 10:00am.
