The Crown Point Summer Reading Trail is in full swing, and there's still plenty of time for families to participate before it wraps up on July 31!
If you're a parent, grandparent, or know a family with young readers, this is a fun, free way to encourage reading while supporting local Crown Point businesses.
Families can:
Read a featured children's book at each participating business.
Collect stamps along the way.
Complete 10 of the 13 stops to earn a free book and be entered into prize drawings.
Each trail stop features a different book selected to complement the business, creating a unique reading experience throughout the community. Older readers can also enjoy a special chapter book adventure as they continue the story from one location to the next.
Whether you're looking for a screen-free summer activity or know a family who would enjoy it, we'd love for you to help spread the word.
The trail is self-guided, free to participate in, and runs through July 31.
Thank you for supporting literacy, local families, and our amazing Crown Point small businesses!
