Symphony of Crown Point is a joint venture between Mainstreet, who developed and the property, and Symphony Post Acute Network, who operates it.
Construction started on Symphony of Crown Point in May 2014 and the property opened June 8.
The 100-bed, 66,598-square-foot Next Generation® property provides post-acute care (short-stay rehabilitation and therapy) and senior living in a service-rich environment.
Symphony of Crown Point represents a $15 million investment in the community. The project created 317 construction jobs and 100 permanent jobs at the property itself.
