Welcome to the Patriot Support Program Celebration! Join us at the Midwest Center for Youth & Families for a small dedication, brief celebration, and tours of the facility. Midwest Center for Youth & Families has been meeting quality metrics to qualify for the Patriot Support Program designation.

Patriot Support Programs of UHS provide treatment for active-duty military, veterans, National Guard, Reserves and their families. Programs and services are specifically designed to address the effects of mood disorders, depression, grief and loss, and other behavioral health issues.
