This event is only made possible thanks to the generosity of Carlos Rivero and Elena Jambrina at Don Quijote Restaurante and Imports. Their donation of food, drinks, venue, and staff allow every dollar raised to go directly to the construction of the next training structure at the MAAC.

Join us on September 29th at Don Quijote Restaurante and experience the inspired creations of Chef Carlos Rivero! His passion for Spanish cuisine and wine comes from a lineage of celebrated chefs and a childhood filled with love and gatherings around the table.

Indulge in a delightful four-course meal of Manchego cheese and Spanish Olives, Campiñones, Albondigas, and Patatas Bravas, Blackened Red Fish with Sautéed Shrimp and Salad, homemade dessert and unlimited wine throughout dinner. Best of all, 100% of event proceeds will directly benefit the MAAC and the First Responders from more than 100 different departments that train on the 30-acre Campus!

100% of event proceeds will go directly toward a new building project, Stutzman Hall enhancing the MAAC campus with our indoor training space at our K9 park. We’re also excited to announce that our special co-host, Howard Gutenstein, will match every dollar raised at the event up to $50,000!
